Though I've learned to embrace the camera, I am taking note of the shyness.

Hey. As long as y'all out there stayin' alive. I want no reports of suicide. No more threats, no more actions. Let's keep livin' on 'em!

Divine Intervention!

I was just with the gang! Maybe not in their natural physical form, but still! I was with my gang.

Sometimes people watch you, very close, in positions you wouldn't understand. If it's just me, so be it. But I believe the artists you love are and can be with you at any given moment. All you gotta do is believe.

So, shouts to the 2 recycling bins and 4 trash cans of which Columbine Gang morphed into to watch my back. We almost had a problem with one dude here already...

Young Guardian Angels

Reintroducing Apollo Brown and Stu Bangas.
Two grown men, sacrificing it all to provide grooves for the MC/Lyricist to share their story.

Apollo Brown produced "Girl Scout Cookies", which is the featured song on the HamilVision YouTube.

The gang is the gang. I can't change the roster. But we got two guardian angels, inspiring us to keep doing what we've been doing.
Providing grooves for the MC/Lyricist to share their story.

From what I know, they got most of this right. Which means more people know (or should know) about DJ Jazzy Jeff than meets the eye. I'm watching him spin right now on Twitter. The perfect DJ. I think Green Lantern is more of an executionist (feel me) than a DJ. HE CAN ROCK A PARTY. But the beauty is in the details with Green. Jeff is a traditional... no... THE traditional DJ.

Grind blowing

#TheGang has been in communication. But what is communication without effort? Thus, we've all been grinding to provide the streets with pure, raw content. I offer pure honesty. Andre 3000 offers creativity. MF DOOM brought raw intelligence. Alchemist, when he spits, provides wisdom. The mic has not been left unactive. We still dooin it.

Check out this rare 9th joint.

We outchea!
And it only gets live-er...

Making noise (AI based)

There was no such thing as a "Columbine Gang". Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, the perpetrators of the Columbine High School massacre, were not members of any organized gang. However, they were both known to wear black trench coats, and this led to the media and some members of the public referring to them as members of a "Trench Coat Mafia". This term was never used by Harris or Klebold themselves, and it is now widely considered to be a harmful and inaccurate stereotype. The Columbine High School massacre was a complex event with many contributing factors. It is important to remember that Harris and Klebold were individuals, and that their actions were not representative of any group or subculture.

I started Columbine Gang as a pact between myself, PJ Harvey, Tori Amos, Bjork, and DJ Premier. I was going to only sample PJ, Tori and Bjork, and scratch on the joint like a Premier cut. This can be found on Abandoned Nature Walks (check my YouTube). Over time, I started feeling like the only way I can say what I need to say would be over 9th Wonder, Alchemist, DJ Green Lantern, MF DOOM beats, as well as DJ Jazzy Jeff's instrumental albums. Korn and Jim Carrey came to play when I started reflecting on my good (yet rare) memories of White America. 3000 came in when I started thinking about my time in Harlem/FDA.

I identify myself as a Goth. Of the darkness, in the light. There are many parallels between Gangstas and Goths, and whatever isn't readily available for comparison, I put there. Nevertheless, I put it there over 9th, Al, Green, DOOM, and Jeff beats. I'm building my confidence, day by day. It's hard when you're mostly alone doing what you do. There's no real voice of encouragement.

In the meantime, check out this classic CH joint over a 9th beat (once again).
